What we charge at Bespoke Bureau - Domestic agency fees

Fees to choose from

Standard Agency Fee:

UK Permanent placement: 20% of the Candidate’s annual gross salary
Overseas Permanent Placements: 25% of the Candidate’s annual gross salary

Fast track Agency fee:

50% off the Standard Fee above

Temporary Agency fees:

All Candidates UK: £200 a week
All Candidates Overseas: £300 a week

  • Minimum temp booking period: 4 weeks
  • Fast track is not available on temporary bookings
  • Please note that our minimum domestic agency fee is £1000+VAT
  • VAT is charged on top of all our fees at the UK rate of 20%

Standard Fee entails:

£200+VAT registration fee to commence the search. Importantly, we request this payment to ensure you are serious about the search. If this amount is not paid at the start of the search for whatever reason, it will be added to the final fee instead of being deducted. Similarly, the fee can be deducted from the final fee upon your request.

Standard payment as per the Agency Scale of Fees when offer of employment is made and accepted by the candidate.

Example:

Filipino maid UK earning 40000 Gross per year
20% of 40000 = 8000 GBP (excl. VAT)

Fast track fee entails:

  • 50% off the Standard fee
  • Waived registration fee
  • Payment upfront (ie before the starts commences)

50% off the standard fee above. I.e. 10% of 40000 = 4000 GBP (excl. VAT)
