Exclusive training

We are a Domestic Staff training provider, offering a wide range of training opportunities in service and housekeeping. Impressively, our academy has an outstanding reputation. Interestingly, we operate in all corners of the globe. We offer private training where the teacher comes to you. Uniquely, we allow a maximum of 12 students per training course. The small group setting ensures everyone gets the teachers attention and creates a comraderie between the students where they can learn whilst bonding. The students get to practice their skills in their place of work. As a result, they learn fast and will be able to hit the ground running when we leave.

Who can train?

We take these type of bookings:

1. Private Individuals

The academy is open to the public who wish to enter this exciting field of work. It is also suitable for those who opt to excel in their current service role. We have teachers available throughout the year.

Definition:

  • All courses are hosted in your home or work setting.
  • They last from 1 day to 2 weeks.
  • They are individual courses.
  • You can book with a friend/s if you wish.
  • The price is decided depending on the length, location and numbers.

2. In-house training of existing staff

Definition:

  • This is a chance for you to train your existing staff to excel in your home.
  • Held in your home.
  • We train housekeepers, Butlers and Service staff in every aspect.
  • The price is decided depending on the length, location and numbers.

3. Bespoke corporate courses

Definition:

  • These are our courses aimed at Luxury Resorts, Hotels, Retail Stores, Private Member Clubs etc.
  • As our name suggests (Bespoke, which means tailor-made).
  • We develop individual courses for you based on your needs and requests.
  • No request is too strange, big or small for us.
  • Our head trainers travel across the globe, alone or as a group to see that you or your staff get trained to be the best of the best.
  • We also run a “Train the trainer” programme.
  • We train housekeepers, Butlers, Service and Front of house staff

Hands on training

To ensure that the students get the most out of our courses, our programme offers hands-on real life training. Most of the training is practical but we also offer theory and you will get a PDF handbook to keep. hands on training in a real life setting. Needless to say, our methods at the Butler School ensure a high quality training model and we make sure that all students learn all the skills inside and out.
